Ship­ments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. ALL BREAGE OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO CRYSTALGEN WITHIN 3 DAYS. Damaged goods should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery and a “Damage Report” should be reported to Crystalgen within 3 days. To ensure that you receive the proper credit, all return MUST be authorized. Please call our Customer Service Department for assistance or return authorization. Products returned for credit must be received by Crystalgen within 30 days of the initial shipment and they must be in saleable condition. Returned goods will be inspected and if not in saleable condition, a restocking fee will be charged. Outside the U.S., contact your local Crystalgen distributor.

Every product offered by Crystalgen is intended for use only by qualified professionals; the burden for safe use in handling of our chemicals rests entirely with the user. The user must determine suitability of a product for a particular use. We cannot assume responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of any information supplied by us in regard to the hazards or recommended use of these chemicals. No license or immunity under any patent is granted or implied by or from our sale of any material.

Crystalgen assumes no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense, either consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damage or injury to person or property, arising from or related to the use of these products.

Crystalgen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Pricing and availability is subject to change at Crystalgen discretion. Crystalgen is not responsible for pricing errors due to clerical, proofing and printing mistakes.

Crystalgen products (manufactured or supplied) are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, Crystalgen will indemnify the buyer against loss by them in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Recommended storage conditions must be observed.

Unless stated otherwise, Crystalgen catalog products are guaranteed to perform as Crystalgen claims for 12 months after shipment from our warehouse if they are stored as Crystalgen recommends.
