Prompt, Courteous Service
Most orders are shipped within 8 hours of receipt. (Overnight or second day delivery is available upon inquiry). You may place an order Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time..
Purchase orders may be submitted by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. You may fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Please specify catalog number, product description, quantity and price. You may combine orders of similar products for quantity discounts.
If your research needs regular delivery of a product, we can offer you standard order service. For standard orders we will reserve a storage space in our local warehouse and insure that you have high use items on hand.
